That and sago.

My mum never added jam though and always sultanas (which I leave out now when I make it). I haven't tried it with jam before. I've also seen a recipe with it made with nutella, haven't tried that either! And I always add the sprinkle of nutmeg. Yum! Now I've got some cravings!Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03903493720883337089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4597636732115178826.post-44986476262990765632012-03-18T06:24:17.188+11:002012-03-18T06:24:17.188+11:00i love bread and butter pudding but i haven't ...i love bread and butter pudding but i haven't made it for years..winter's approaching here in australia and i have some home made jam and i usually have a loaf of home made bread so guess what i'll be making soon..thanks for the inspiration..janeteawithhazelhttp://www.teawithhazel.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4597636732115178826.post-104316167268915622012-03-17T15:04:24.896+11:002012-03-17T15:04:24.896+11:00That's funny - Mum used to often make bread an...That's funny - Mum used to often make bread and butter pudding too (always with jam) and I never liked it. But now I do! I've never made it tho - Dave doesn't like it. I have so many comfort foods. :) One that comes to mind is rice pudding made in the slow cooker. It's SO good and goes caramelised. Mmmmm. Again, Dave doesn't eat it but it's worth cooking for just Tassy and me. A good filling afternoon snack too. :)Yvette Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06382534884932840432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4597636732115178826.post-27723457564423685562012-03-17T11:20:23.661+11:002012-03-17T11:20:23.661+11:00I've got to say I'm not a fan of soggy bre...I've got to say I'm not a fan of soggy bread pudding, maybe that's because my Bevvy used to make it with skim milk and nothing naughty.
